Student absence note (PDF 57KB) -This note is for when your child is absent from school. Please print this note and give it to your child to hand in to their teacher when they return to school.
Reading club sheet (PDF 51KB) - As part of homework, students are required to read each night. Each night that your child reads to you, you may sign their Reading Club sheet. This can include weekends too! It may only be signed once a day and it cannot be backdated. Once the Reading Club sheet has been signed 25 times, please send it to your child's class teacher.Your child's teacher will present your child with their award within a few days of receiving the Reading Club sheet. Your child can then start working towards their next 25 signatures.
Spare notes for specific events can be accessed from the front office.
